šŸ”‘ Website Launch: The Residence Is Now Live

I’m excited to unveil the new digital home for The Residence — theresidencegtc.comļæ¼ — a refined, upscale apartment community nestled in the North Suburban Cook area of Chicago (Glenview), just steps from dining, shops & nightlife at Glen Town Center. ļæ¼

Inside, you’ll find bright, open‑concept floorplans built to help you relax, unwind and work on your terms: co‑working spaces, a renovated fitness studio and pet‑friendly vibes come standard. ļæ¼

šŸ’” Here’s the twist:
To keep things smart and efficient, I built a shared website architecture (the same backbone used for another luxury multifamily property) and then layered on unique branding, visuals, and content tailored specifically for The Residence. Same engine, yet fresh, new branding. Purpose‑built. Budget‑savvy.

šŸ–„ Highlights of the site:
• Mobile‑first, polished layout that mirrors The Residence’s luxury character
• Custom visuals and copy anchored in the Glenview/Chicago market
• A streamlined CMS that makes ongoing updates scalable—even for a one‑man‑band like me
• Fast load times and smooth UX because a high‑end property deserves a high‑end web experience

The result? A website that feels bespoke, looks first‑class—and was built with clever scalability in mind.

ArtHaus 2828 Is Now Live

I’m excited to share the launch of arthaus2828.comļæ¼, a fresh new digital space for ArtHaus 2828, a luxury apartment community in the heart of Dallas, Texas.

ArtHaus isn’t your typical rental; it’s sleek, elevated, and full of thoughtful touches like built-in wine fridges, hardwood floors, and curated interiors. Naturally, the website had to match that energy.

Here’s the twist:
To keep things efficient (and budget-friendly), I built a shared website architecture for two different properties owned by the same group. This way, I could deploy a solid, flexible framework once and then layer on distinct branding, design, and content for each site. It’s a smart, scalable approach—and it means you’re not paying for the same work twice.

On the site, you’ll find:
• A clean, mobile-first layout that reflects ArtHaus’s modern luxury
• Custom visuals and voice tailored specifically to the Dallas market
• A streamlined CMS that makes content updates painless
• Fast load times and a smooth user experience throughout

The result? A site that looks completely custom, but was built with efficiency in mind.

If you’re curious about this shared-architecture approach for your own properties or projects, let’s talk.

🚨 Just launched! 🚨
I am excited to share the new landing page for Operation Fur Love just in the nick of time for this year's Annual Fur Ball Gala hosted by the San Diego Humane Society🐾✨

The stars of this year’s event? Captain K and Captain H — two incredible cats rescued by Operation FurLove, a program dedicated to supporting feral cat colonies on local military bases.

This page was built lightning-fast so Operation FurLove could start taking donations, spread the word, and connect with the community about their mission. While a full website is in the works, this page is already helping make a difference! ā¤ļø

Huge congratulations to Sharon and Operation FurLove for bringing this to life and for their incredible work linking rescue efforts with our military community.

New logo, new website, new everything! Those were my tasks.

On this project, I had the chance to demonstrate my skill and creativity by developing a whole new identity for Sean Capshaw, a Master Photographer based in Tulsa, Oklahoma. I started with a new logo and logo bug in a number of different formats for unique use cases.

Next, the challenge was to create a bold site that aligned with his brand style, providing a way to showcase his photography to multiple client segments while keeping the site highly responsive and quick to load. I am happy with how this project took shape and hope it serves him well.

I am really excited to announce the launch of the brand-new landing page for the Ethan Dallas Hopeful Hearts Mental Health Scholarship!

This is a new charity that aims to break the stigma, create hope, and open doors of opportunity through scholarships, advocacy, and community programs. They needed something very quickly (within a couple of days) so I went to work right away to provide them a way to receive communications and donations.

Check it out and if it speaks to you give to a great cause.

It was an honor to bring this to life and I'm looking forward to building out the rest of the site over time.
