We laughed, we cried, we cooked, we ate. We taught as we learned. We failed and we succeeded, but we always had fun.

After six plus a few seventh-season episodes, THE CHEF ANTONIO COOKING SHOW is closing its kitchen after one final episode.

We will live stream and give a look at what this silly thought became.

We will have lots of surprises and love in our final recipe.

Times and dates to follow... probably Late June 2025.

Chef Antonio & Friends...

The second show of Season 7 features Chef Joffrey Collucio (AKA The Golden Goose).

We asked each of our creative consultants to offer a recipe or meal for us to prepare for them, our dearest friends.

Mitchell Lopate stepped up to the kitchen plate first with the challenge of
"Cod Arranconato."

We accepted and we think, succeeded.

Season 7, "Chef Antonio & Friends" will be starting in the next few weeks. It will be edited differently. The show will open with a quick intro and into the cook.

The ending credits feature a shot of EVERY show food prepared through season 6.

It also features original music composed and recorded by Chef Antonio in 2021,
"Curious Betty."

Sammy Hagar, one of the finest vocalists of the modern rock era. Besides a solo career, he has fronted many bands, including Chickenfoot, Montrose and Van Halen.

He is also an avid foodie and chef and lover of the good life. He has a line of tequila and rums and bars/restaurants.

From his COOKING and PARTYING book we attempted his ham hock and white beans... and with all of our best efforts (Including a 6 day of brinning) it turned out amazing, but with Chef Antonio shooting from the hip, it ended up looking a bit different at the end......

For Sammy Hagar, who has given us so many smiles and lives life to the fullest.
