Why Get Organized? What’s The Point?
"Your house looks so amazing all disorganized and dirty!” said no person ever. When our environment is in disarray, we waste time looking for lost items, we spend money buying what we have but can’t find, and we’re emotionally tied up in the process causing stress, anxiety, depression, even embarrassment and isolation.
Continually collecting all of the “stuff” we accumulate throughout our life anchors us physically weighing us down. We often form attachments to the belongings of deceased loved ones and keep those items when they no longer serve a purpose. The effects of disorganization spill over into all areas of our lives negatively impacting our mind, body, and spirit. When we clear our spaces of mess and clutter, we save money, we clear our minds, and we have more time for the things that really matter in life. When my environment is out of sorts, my mind will surely follow. Does this resonate with you?
I’m excited by the process of clearing pathways to organized surroundings that improve our lives overall!
