This morning I re-edited an old picture of my daughter for Senior Sunday. It's hard to believe the picture on the left was from 10 years ago- and even harder to believe that she'll be graduating high school in a few months! It's also hard to believe I thought that was good editing... That green-tinged skin is giving Shrek vibes, y'all. LOL

BUT it's a great example of why we have to keep learning and growing in our craft! As an , I'm constantly trying new things and finding new inspiration in the world around. Lately life has not been good for me, but I made myself get outside yesterday to shoot and it was good for my soul. Editing this portrait was good for me, too- in more ways that one.
