Giving away more secrets. My rentals perform better than 99% of the market. When I tell other investors about our numbers they usually don’t believe me. I actually have screenshots of leases and airbnb bookings saved on my phone for meetings because I get SO much disbelief from experienced property managers and investors when I share our rental numbers with them. A huge reason for this is our design. People shop with their eyes and their emotions. First then their budget and practical needs I try to appeal to both of them with design.
