Our Story

We are not a TV station.

We are an information center that believes in being Your Maine Connection across all platforms with a passion for advocacy, pride in community service and above all, excellence in journalism.

Maine is a big state. In fact, it's larger than all the other New England states combined. But with just over a million of us living here, we're all pretty much neighbors.

For decades, WCSH 6 and WLBZ 2 have been the only local television organizations in the state to connect with ALL of Maine. We are more than television. More than a newsroom. More than a place to advertise. We provide content to you when and where you need, on the platforms you want. We offer valuable marketing opportunities to businesses. And most of all, we advocate for our community.

At the beginning of the 4:30 broadcast, the news of the recount had a line about "Mr. Trump". Excuse me, he IS still President Trump until January!!! The office deserves the respect.
I just realized I posted this on channel WMTW ... Sorry. Anyway I just want to alert management to my views. Hannah DeNeen is painful to watch as an anchor. She looks like a deer in the headlights when she is looking in the camera and when she isn't all you see is the top of her head as she stares down onto the desk. She has a mono tone voice and sounds petrified. Just take a look at Wednesday night at 11PM. Thank you. By the way, I now just change the channel when she is on. I enjoy Clay Gordon , his wife, and everyone else that does the news and weather.
As much as I appreciate that direct TV users need to communicate their need for local programming, I really wish you would stop ruining the Thanksgiving Parade with your poorly placed banner.
