Tony Khan gave an interview to TV Insider's website and had a few interesting remarks. When current superstar Ricochet was brought up, Tony only said he would 'rather not get into wrestlers that still work for someone else'. Khan was glad to have MJF back on programming, and believes it to be 'permanently'.

The upcoming "Path to All In Summer Series" in Arlington, TX was brought up, and Tony expressed excitement to be presenting shows to a 'rapid fandom in Texas'.

Amongst the interview topics, was inspiration Tony has had from TV and movies. Tony mentioned having not seen "The Big Bang Theory" until it was a lead in for AEW Dynamite. Khan then talked about getting ideas from the lockdown era, and how he felt they presented the best product during that time.

Sabu interviewed with Conversations with The Wrestling Classic, on You Tube. Addressing a final match, Sabu talked about having interest in a possible January 2025 match. Past interviews with Sabu had mentioned Rob Van Dam as a his preference. Those expecting it to be a hardcore or barbwire match might be disappointed to know Sabu wants the focus on it being his last match instead of the match type.

In the interview Sabu also mentioned wanting to have the match in Las Vegas this summer with because of the viewing base, and potential to pay more. Currently Sabu says he's recouperating and trying to stay in ring shape.

Mason Madden and Mansoor, going by Maximum Male Models, are scheduled to appear for the next episode of via Fightful Select. This Saturday's episode is presented from Youngstown, Ohio.

Nothing has been confirmed as of yet to the creative plans for them or a scheduled opponent. Recently the duo appeared in TNA and made a trip to Uganda.

Dax Harwood responded in length to a post from Glen Gilberti fka 'Disco Inferno'. Gilberti questioned the working environment of AEW, and working while injured. Gilberti also suggested this goes against Tony Khan's position as having the safest performing conditions in pro wrestling.

Gilberti last wrestled in 2021 and has had 656 career matches. Harwood as you know, currently is contracted for and has 804 matches thus far in his career.

Dax pointed to the many prior cases of wrestlers pushing through pain to compete in matches, and Glen wanting the attention for his podcast. Harwood went on to say he would appear on Gilberti's podcast free of travel cost.

Stardom announced a match between Queen's Quest vs Oedo Tai at the National Yoyogi Stadium Second Gymnasium in Tokyo, where the losing wrestler must leave their group President Taro Okada said, "We will follow past history and create a contract...."

Ryback shared his thoughts on social media about WWE, and as always didn't hold back. Most of Ryback's remarks were centered at allegations of how WWE handled his release, and difficulties they caused him. Ryback also spoke on not backing down against 'the evil empire' or 'bleacher bums'.

Vince McMahon is reportedly banned from all of WWE Headquarters, according to longtime production employee Tom Calucci. Including the very gym he had helped designed and envisioned.

Speaking with Conrad Thompson on his 'The Insiders' podcast, Calucci expressed dislike for how some handled the first McMahon-less WrestleMania. Tom also voiced off about the upcoming legal cases against McMahon, and how most consider him already guilty. Calucci doubts Vince had many fans within the company.

CMLL appears to have moved past demands about their roster appearing. Along with being less staunch, CMLL could be looking at running US based events. Ultimately, as Dave Meltzer points out, 'money talks'. Forbidden Door this year will demonstrate this with four international promotions being showcased at the event.

Tony Khan was enthusiastic about the Womens Division in an article published today, with Raj Prashad of uproxx.com

Khan mentioned Jamie Hayter is still on a pending time for a return but having her back would be fantastic.

Tony also is very eager to get Dr. Brit Baker DMD, who hasn't been in the ring since September '23, back on the active roster. Baker is one of the original stars of All Elite Wrestling since it's inception, and a former World Champion.

Khan talked about TBS Champion Mercedes Mone being a 'home run in AEW' and her match at Double Or Nothing an instant classic. While going on to say 'Timeless' Toni Storm is in one of the best runs of her career.

Former commentator Kevin Kelly was interviewed during a virtual signing with K & S Wrestlefest. Kevin held little back in talking about his release and the brewing issues with Ian Riccaboni. Kelly said Ian had posted about him in a Discord server, regarding past events between the two and accusing Kevin Kelly as being a QAnon theorist. Kevin claims he didn't know Ian felt this way and denounced the other claims.

Moving past his relationship with Ian, Kelly talked about his time on Collision. Kevin felt to conform with the other established announcers style, and be less himself. The more Kelly voiced his differences, the more he felt the handwriting was on the wall, that he would be let go. Kevin recalled telling Riccaboni not to wear a cowboy hat next to Jim Ross because it would cause issue. Kelly also felt his being in AEW was related to CM Punk and once he was gone it was only a matter of time. Kevin also mentioned he was happier in other than the travel.
