Busy Bee meditation
The busy bee meditation is designed for individuals who feel they are too busy to get their mind to slow down and be still. First inhale fully then with your teeth together exhale through your mouth making a buzzing sound. Take a meditation sitting posture with the soles of your feet touching. Hold onto your feet and let your knees bob up and down as if they are the wings of a bumble bee. With each breath, close your eyes and imagine you are in a field of flowers on a sunny warm day. You are a bumble bee flitting from one flower to another.

I recommend doing this breath 3 times with a cleansing breath afterward.
For a cleansing breath, inhale fully, exhale fully, then inhale only 2/3rds of your lung capacity or to the level of your heart chakra or physical heart space. Hold your breath here for as long as you can comfortably then exhale fully. To add to the meditation of quieting a busy mind do three rounds of 3 busy bee breaths with a cleansing breath in-between each round of 3 breaths and at the end of all three rounds.

Busy Bee Breath
1: Inhale
2: Open mouth with closed teeth
3: Exhale making buzzing noise

Repeat 3 X’s

Cleansing Breath
1: Inhale fully
2: Exhale fully
3: Inhale 2/3’s and hold
