Today I went out to collect donations from AMAZING MAINE BUSINESSES that have generously chosen to support The Maine Kindness Catch!

I cannot wait to show you what they have donated for future drops because trust me…

👀 IT’S GOOD.
👀 REALLY GOOD.
👀 And I am SO excited to share it with all of you!

Before I do, I need to say something from my heart.

Thank you.

Thank you to every person who has liked a post, followed this page, shared our mission, donated, found a catch, hidden a catch, encouraged me, or simply believed in this incredible idea.

When I created The Maine Kindness Catch, I had a dream of spreading kindness across the state of Maine. What I never imagined was watching hundreds of people become part of that dream.

Every message.
Every photo.
Every story from someone who found a Catch.
Every smile.

It reminds me why this matters.

But I want to be honest with all of you.

I may have started this initiative, but I did not build it alone.

WE built it.

You built it.

The businesses that donate built it.

The volunteers built it.

The people who share our posts built it.

The people who leave encouraging comments built it.

The people who believe kindness still matters built it.

❤️ WE. DID. THIS. TOGETHER. ❤️

And if we’re going to continue growing, I need your help.

Right now, I have been funding a majority of the drops myself, with the help of some very special donors as well. And, as much as I love doing this, I am reaching a point where I simply cannot continue to fund hundreds of bags on my own.

Because. The little vision that I had—It is now way bigger than me!!!

I want to keep reaching new Maine communities.
I want to keep supporting local Maine makers.
I want to keep surprising strangers with reminders that kindness does really still exist.
I want to keep spreading this movement across our communities in our state of Maine!!!

But to do that, we need community support.

Today, we pause to remember and honor the brave men and women who gave their lives in service to our country. 🇺🇸

Their sacrifice is the reason we are able to live freely, gather with loved ones, and enjoy the everyday moments we often take for granted. Today is about remembering those heroes and honoring the legacy they left behind.

Memorial Day is more than a long weekend — it is a reminder of sacrifice, courage, and the freedoms we experience every single day because of those who never made it home.

As we continue spreading kindness across Maine through The Maine Kindness Catch, today reminds us how important it is to care for one another, support our communities, and never take human connection for granted.
