Here’s a new concept. Mini sourdough loaves. They are so crunchy 😃. But I’m afraid they’re smaller than I anticipated. We’ll see what Becky thinks when she tries them out 🤣. They are beside a regular loaf for comparison

Happy to say I am 9 years smoke free!!! 🎉. I never thought I’d ever be able to say that. I never realized I felt so bad smoking, till I felt so good after quitting. And now I’m trying to get rid of the weight gain I had from quitting smoking 😄. I can’t help it. Food tastes so much better 😄. I must admit, the challenge for a baker to quit eating sweets is formidable! 😆🤣😆

Something’s brewing in the east. Or should I say holler 😂. I’m pretty excited for these treats. One is pumpkin spice sweet rolls and the other is Carmel apple sweet rolls. I couldn’t wait till they were done to share the excitement 😋
