May is mental health awarenes month. Parents make sure you're evaluating your child's mental health as much as his or her athletic performance . The pressure to please fans and adults are leading to athletes checking out!

G&J mental performance LLC will be offering mindfulness groups for athletes. The groups will last 90 min. The group discussion will been done on zoom once a week. We will provide various topics for athletes in a group setting.
The groups will be based on age . 12-15,16-18,19-older.
The cost of the group will be $45 per group.
The group will be ran by Jeff Ramey and Gene Collins both certified Sports Psychology coaches . If interested leave comment on which age group you would like .
