Smoked a Thanksgiving ham this year and it turned out unreal 🔥🐖
So juicy, so smoky, and it disappeared faster than we could slice it.

This has officially become an annual tradition; nothing beats firing up the smoker and the sweet holiday smoke aroma. And the best part? Hayley absolutely loved it, which makes the whole process even better.

The laundry room remodel is officially underway… and Cat and I are torn on which flooring to choose.
Since this will be my first DIY non-LVP flooring job ever, we want something that looks great, holds up over time, and can survive our three highly active kids and pup running in and out all day.

We’ve narrowed it down to two totally different directions:

🧱 Rushmore Thin Brick Herringbone Panels
Warm, rustic, textured — that cozy, timeless look.

⬜⬛ Leona Checkerboard Matte Porcelain (Calacatta + Amani Grey)
Clean, classic, modern-vintage vibe — and super durable.

Both have the aesthetics. Both can handle the chaos.
But only one is going on the floor.

What this means for buyers:
• More flexibility for those with lower credit scores
• A wider path to homeownership for individuals rebuilding credit
• Additional opportunities for first-time buyers who were previously blocked by the 620 rule

This is one of the most significant updates we’ve seen in years, and it may help buyers who thought they had no chance.
