💪 This Week’s Meal Prep: Fueling the Fit Vet Tech Life! 🥗🐾

Staying fueled, focused, and full of energy takes more than coffee and vibes—it takes real food with real nutrients. 💥

Here’s what’s on my menu this week:

🥚 High Protein French Toast – Sweet, satisfying, and keeps me full ’til lunch. with a side of chicken sausage
✅ ~340 cal | 29g protein | 9g fiber

🌶️ Spicy Tuna Wraps – Quick, flavorful, and protein-packed. With a side of fruit.
✅ ~350 cal | 31g protein | 24g fiber

🌈 Stuffed Bell Peppers – Loaded with lean meat, veggies, and fiber. These are a go-to dinner win!
✅ ~420 cal | 35g protein | 14g fiber

Each meal helps me stay on track while juggling fitness, my LVT schedule, and coaching goals. Balance doesn’t have to be boring—it just has to be intentional.
