Playing side-by-side with our best friends hits different. The energy, the laughs, the adrenaline, and the way we showed up for each other? Absolutely unmatched.

Huge thank you to TAPI for hosting such an incredible tournament and to Metroblaze Blind Athletes of Texas for welcoming us onto the court like family. And a massive shoutout to our coach for the weekend — blind soccer Paralympian Ricky Castaneda. Your leadership, encouragement, and expertise made all the difference.

Kristin shares how she supports parents through miscarriage, stillbirth, infant loss, and traumatic birth, and why having someone beside you who truly understands these moments can make all the difference. She walks us through those early days of shock and overwhelm, how families begin to heal, and why setting gentle expectations for yourself matters so much.
