Do you refund shipping overages once you ship or once it's delivered?

I have a buyer who purchased 4 items from me on eBay. She paid quite a bit in shipping and I'm going to refund some of that shipping cost back to her.

Last night I accepted 3 offers from the same buyer and everything was pending payment. This morning we got up, loaded the fishing gear and came out to the lake and phone starts going off 🤑

This buyer not only paid for 3 items, she bought a 4th!! 😎😁

She then sent me a message and asked if I would ship together and combine shipping. Yes ma'am! I absolutely will!

This is maybe the 3rd time I've sold a bundle on eBay!! What a great start to the day!

Good morning y'all!!

Got 5 listings up so far and 3 orders packed up and ready to go.

Now to wait for the Post Office to open so I can find out why the 5 packages I dropped off yesterday weren't scanned in. All of them say USPS is awaiting the item. 🙄🤦🏼‍♀️

I went from gold shipper to silver shipper on Depop this week and I'm rather annoyed about it lol.
