✨EVERYTHING IS ENERGY✨

As a kid, I felt EVERYTHING. The emotions of others, the shifts in a room's energy, even the unspoken words hanging in the air - I absorbed it all like a sponge. But I didn't understand what was happening. No one had ever taught me about energy, intuition, or how to separate what was mine from what wasn't.

It was overwhelming.

I didn't know how to process it, so I did what so many sensitive souls do - I found ways to numb it. Shopping, men, alcohol, and eventually drugs. Anything to quiet the constant noise & to keep me from FEELING so much.

For years, I lived disconnected from myself, from the divine, from my intuition, from the energy that had once spoken to me so clearly. I was lost. And when you lose touch with your intuition, you lose your sense of direction. You make choices that don't align with who you really are. You feel stuck, confused, like something is missing but you can't quite name it.

I know that feeling well.

But here's the thing about intuition - it never truly leaves you.

When I started my recovery & healing journey, I didn't just rebuild my life; I rebuilt my connection to my intuition. I trained it like a long - neglected muscle, learning how to listen, how to trust, how to recognize the energy around me & within me.

And now, I help others do the same.

Not long ago, I was living with my heart locked up tighter than Fort Knox. Trauma and addiction had built walls so high, I didn't just stop loving myself - I stopped feeling much love at all.

But here's the thing about a closed heart: it's not just the bad stuff that stays out - it's the good stuff too.

The connection, the joy, the love - it couldn't reach me because I wasn't open to receiving it.

Fast forward to this past year and something incredible began to happen. I made a decision - not all at once, but little by little - to invest in myself.

I didn't wait for permission or the "perfect time."

I just started.

Whether it was signing up for a course, finally saying "yes" to a life changing surgery, hiring a mentor to guide me, or simply picking up a book that spoke to my soul - it all added up.

Every step was a declaration of my worth and a reminder that I deserve to live a life I love.

The moment I began to truly love myself, everything shifted. When I stopped looking outside of myself for validation and started filling my own cup with love, something profound occurred:
