Mother’s Day was never enough. Not for the mothers carrying impossible loads. Not for those grieving the mothers they never had. Not for the women grieving children they couldn’t have. Not for a culture that gives women flowers while extracting their labor. We don’t need more sentimental worship of motherhood. We need the village back. We need care at the center. We need mothers supported before they break. We need children held by more than one exhausted woman. We need the sacred mother principle restored to collective life. We don’t need a Mother’s Day. We need Matriarchy. Now.

Some dreams arrive like omens. This one was vivid, powerful, and unmistakably symbolic: a dream about vulnerability, false authority, bodily sovereignty, and the moment you wake up enough to say no. This dream shows us what happens when we are healed enough to say no, push back, protect others, and demand justice. I believe it’s showing us the exact energy we have finally been able to embody as a collective.
