Hi Does anyone have any connections of people that live in Little India. There is a student starting school and have no place to live. She and her husband are newly arrived, but the place they had originally did not work out. They really need advice on how to get around in NY. School is in Manhattan, I think for her. The student reached out to me on Facebook. I am trying my best to help her...there are so many housing scams out there. I think she would fare best to live around the India community. Let me know, as I am out of ideas for her...and she reached out to me and I am in Ohio....not New york...Yikes.!!!

Hi, do anyone know if there are any girl scouts troops in the area?
This is how 911 has to get on the block. Person who needed emergency help could not walk towards the ambulanc. It took EMT 10 minutes to get him when they were just one block away. (For anyone who lives here the ambulance had to go 35th Ave and make its way around which btw has the other half traffic due to the blockade) so that's why it took so long.
