Esta imagen en el metro me hizo pensar. Vemos dos carteles, dos lenguas y dos culturas distintas compartiendo un mismo espacio físico y una misma necesidad: saber hacia dónde vamos.
Si el sistema entiende que para funcionar necesita hablarle a todos, ¿por qué nosotros nos empeñamos en usar la fuerza y la nada? La verdadera inteligencia no está en imponerse, sino en la convivencia. Cuando entendemos que el "otro" tiene las mismas urgencias que nosotros, la empatía deja de ser un concepto y se convierte en una herramienta de supervivencia social.
Cambiemos la confrontación por la inteligencia colectiva. Al final del día, todos estamos esperando el mismo tren.

This image from the subway caught my attention. We see two signs, two languages, and two different cultures sharing the same physical space and the same human need: knowing where we are headed.
If the system understands that it must speak to everyone to function, why do we insist on using force and emptiness? True intelligence is not about imposing oneself, but about coexistence. When we understand that the "other" has the same urgencies as we do, empathy stops being just a concept and becomes a tool for social survival.
Let’s trade confrontation for collective intelligence. At the end of the day, we are all waiting for the same train.
