Negative reviews are just a part of business, and Google wants to know that you handle them like a professional when it comes to your business. Don't just ignore them! Respond - Let the client know you're happy to try to work with them, or you're sorry it didn't work out - Whatever the case is. HOWEVER - People leaving reviews on your business should be ACTUAL CLIENTS. If someone leaves you a review who has never even been a client, make sure to report it! You never know, Google might just agree with you!
