Southern Pines Combined Driving Event

With sincere regrets, we have decided to cancel Southern Pines CDE & CT, April 2-4, 2026. Our decision is based on Easter falling on that weekend and competition for entries with the late-season Florida CDE scheduled for the previous weekend. We believe this confluence of events will contribute to low entries and make holding SP CDE this coming spring financially impossible. We have determined that waiting a year and working to secure a better date in 2027 is our best course of action.
We do plan to hold several schooling opportunities for drivers at the Carolina Horse Park in 2026 and will announce those dates when they become available.

The Obstacle Schooling and Social Drive Fun Day at CHP on Sunday September 28th was a big success. Seventeen turnouts participated and the weather was perfect, cool and cloudy.

Our next driving activity at yhe Carolina Horse Park is Timberland CDE & CT, October 11 & 12. Come out and join the fun as a participant, volunteer, or spectator.
