It's a cozy night in by myself this Christmas Eve and I was itching to do something magickal with my time, so I decided to get into the Christmas spirit by making holy oil found in the Bible. I know I must be an odd one out in the witchy community with using the Bible in some of my magick, but I consider myself a cunning woman and the Bible is as much of a spell book as it is a sacred text to my ancestors.
I took the recipe straight out of the verses in Exodus...minus the measurements because I wasn't about to make over 2 gallons of oil 😅. Hey, it's the intention that counts, right?!?
Anyway, it smells divine and now I have anointing oil for the coming year! Just thought I'd share the little spur-of-the-moment concoction I did tonight 🥰
