On Saturday, August 1, DJ Sean headed down to a beautiful residence in Plymouth Meeting for Lincoln and Brittany's ceremony and reception. This reception had southern roots and Pennsylvania tradition. Needless to say, the mesh was perfect and it was a party all night!

We're back from vacation at the beach! We've had a great summer so far but some family fun in the sun was definitely warranted! Our last wedding on July 11th pushed DJs Sean and Kevin and pretty much every vendor to their limits. The day started off perfectly fine for Deidre and Kevin but soon we realized we had a major issue at hand. Our venue lost power and estimated time back was around 8 pm. This caused another huge problem: 52 physical steps not including large landings between floors. With the elevator down, no air conditioning and heavy DJ equipment, we were not in a good position. After about fifteen minutes of running every possible scenario through our heads, we had the best plan we could come up with to make sure the show went on. We knew we'd be exhausted but we started bringing our lightest and most efficient equipment we had with us up the steps. Once it was up there, we anxiously awaited the technicians from the venue to arrive with the proper generators for us and the caterer. We helped unbox the generators and prepare them for use by filling them with oil and making all the proper connections and settings. Once that was complete, we helped run all the wiring. The show started about 30 minutes late but considering every challenge, every vendor really stepped up. Our photographer, Lindsey Hart, kept the couple calm while the museum worked with us on the technical end. Panevino made sure the drinks and food were on point. I don't think Deidre and Kevin ever forget their wedding day. This could have been a disaster but teamwork made the dream work. Just another reason why professional vendors matter! It was a great feeling knowing the couple still had an amazing wedding!

"Sean was amazing! Our venue was not the easiest place to DJ with the acoustics and their own sound system that Sean had to use, yet Sean rolled with it and kept the energy going. He was super eager to run the party, and he sensed what songs were working for the crowd that night and started playing more of that music (in our case sing alongs). He was very communicative but not overbearing or interrupting us. And overall he was a pleasure to work with. We also appreciated his planning meetings and advice during the lead up to the wedding. Finally, he was just genuinely kind."
