In Memoriam: Charlie Kirk (1993 – 2025) 🌟

Today, we mourn the untimely loss of Charlie Kirk, a 31-year-old husband and devoted father of two, co-founder and CEO of Turning Point USA, and a passionate voice in the conservative youth movement.

Tragically, Charlie was shot and killed while speaking during his American Comeback Tour at Utah Valley University—an event meant to engage students in bold dialogue and open debate. His sudden passing has sent shockwaves through the nation, prompting an outpouring of grief from across the political spectrum. President Trump, who shared a close bond with Charlie, ordered flags to be flown at half-staff, calling the loss of “legendary” Charlie Kirk a devastating blow.

Charlie dedicated his life to engaging young minds, advocating for conservative principles, and fostering grassroots activism. From founding Turning Point USA in 2012 to hosting his widely followed talk show and touring campuses nationwide, he inspired a generation to think critically and stand boldly for their values.

He leaves behind his beloved wife, Erika, and their two children. Our hearts reach out to them in profound sorrow, and we hold them in our prayers during this unbearable time.

We must remember that violence is never an acceptable response to disagreement or difference. In a democracy, the strength of our society lies in our ability to exchange ideas, to debate passionately but peacefully, and to respect the dignity of every individual. Killing silences voices—it does not resolve conflicts. Let us honor Charlie’s memory by recommitting to civil discourse, learning from one another, and rejecting violence as a means of persuasion.
