City of Reno Launches “Reno Works” Community Update Series
Progress You Can See!
The City of Reno is launching a new community information series called “Reno Works.” This initiative reflects the City’s ongoing commitment to open communication, transparency, and accountability to the residents it serves.
Reno Works is designed to keep residents up to date and informed about what is happening across the city. Each update will provide clear and direct information on city projects, maintenance efforts, and operational improvements. The goal is to help residents see real progress while gaining a better understanding of the steps being taken to strengthen city operations and improve day-to-day services.
These updates are intended to keep residents connected to the work their city is doing, not to replace the detailed discussions and decisions that take place in council meetings. Instead, they serve as a reliable way for residents to stay informed about the City’s ongoing efforts and priorities.
The City recognizes that when communication is limited, it can create uncertainty and confusion. Reno Works is part of the solution, an ongoing effort to make sure residents receive information directly from the source so that what they hear about their city reflects what is truly happening.
Future Reno Works releases will highlight topics such as infrastructure improvements, public works projects, departmental progress, and citywide planning efforts.
