Growing up, I never truly understood why people spoke about nature as if it were sacred. Trees were just trees, and the wind was simply wind. But as I got older, I began to realize how deeply restorative the outdoors could be. There’s something healing about walking through a trail and feeling the air shift around you—soft, quiet, and honest. Nature doesn’t judge or rush; it simply exists, and in that stillness, I’ve found space to breathe.
Now I try to spend at least a little time outside every day. Even if it’s just sitting in a park, listening to leaves rustle, or watching the sky turn gold at sunset. It reminds me that life doesn’t always need to be controlled or understood—it can simply be experienced. In those moments, I feel grounded, connected, and more myself than anywhere else.
