Not every visit to a restaurant is going to be perfect, and this one was a reminder of that. I want to be upfront: this is an honest review, but it comes from a place of wanting to see this spot succeed — not tear it down.
The staff weren’t the problem. They were doing exactly what they were trained to do, and I respect that. My experience, however, left something to be desired — whether it was the ordering process, the overall feel, or the value for the price.
I’ve heard other locations offer a more personal, face-to-face experience rather than a kiosk setup, and I genuinely think that difference matters. A great restaurant isn’t just about the food — it’s the full experience: the connection, the atmosphere, and feeling like your dollar was well spent.
Inclined has a real following for a reason, and I plan to give them another shot — ideally at a different location. To the owners and managers: take this as the constructive feedback it’s meant to be. The foundation is there. The details just matter.
