A little background - this was one of three songs Yoko gave to Paul of cassettes of demos John made in the late 70s. In 1995, the Threetles gave it a try, but then opted to complete "Real Love" instead. Paul picked up the ball in 2022, and began working to complete it.
Besides John's voice, you're hearing George's acoustic and electric rhythm guitars from 1995, Paul's new piano, slide guitar (in honor of George) and background vocals. During the choruses, those are The Beatles themselves, together, taken from three original Beatles songs.
