Happy Labor Day to the man behind the camera. ❤️📸

A lot of the content, videos, pictures, glamour and moments you guys see have somebody working behind the scenes to help make them happen, and a whole lot of the time, that somebody is Cristian. 😂❤️

Content creation really does take teamwork, and we make a pretty good team. From holding the camera, getting the angles, recording take after take, carrying equipment and capturing moments, he can be very selfless when it comes to this little unpaid job of his 🤣🤣

Thank you, baby, for always showing up behind the scenes and helping bring so many of our ideas and memories to life.

Happy Labor Day to my favorite cameraman and teammate. ❤️

Happy Labor Day to all of us who WORK. ❤️🇺🇸

Behind the glow, the nice clothes, the smiles, the vacations, the fitness, the self-care and the moments we get to enjoy, there is WORK. A whole lot of it.

So today, I want to celebrate the providers. The mothers. The fathers. The single parents. The two-income households. The entrepreneurs. The employees. The people working overtime, working multiple jobs, building businesses, raising children, paying bills and quietly carrying responsibilities that nobody else even knows about.

Especially the ones who may never receive an award, a shout-out or even a simple “thank you.” I see you. ❤️

Because maintaining a life takes work too. Taking care of your health and wellness costs money. Eating better costs money. Fitness costs money. Medical and dental care cost money. Self-care costs money. Raising children costs money. Keeping a roof over your family’s head and creating some level of stability costs money. And for most of us, that money comes from getting up and working for it.

And somewhere in the middle of earning, providing, parenting, helping family, supporting friends and sometimes even extending a hand to complete strangers, we still have to remember to pour something back into ourselves.

Because you cannot spend your entire life pouring from your time, energy, body and mind without replenishing yourself.

So yes, celebrate yourself today. ❤️ Buy yourself something. Rest. Get dressed up. Go to the gym. Eat something good. Take the pictures. Book the appointment. Protect your peace. Whatever pouring back into yourself looks like for you, do some of it without guilt.

We work hard to take care of the people we love, but we deserve to enjoy some of the fruits of that labor too.

Happy Labor Day to the workers, the providers, the builders, the caregivers and everybody quietly making it happen every single day. This one is for US. 🥂❤️

Happy 40th Birthday to my friend, my sister from another mother! 🥳❤️🎂

We’ve been building this sisterhood since 2008; 18 years of friendship, love, memories, growth, and doing life together. I officially get to welcome you to the FOURTH FLOOR! 😂🥂 Welcome, sis!

You are truly one of the most loving, caring, down-to-earth women I know. You pour so much of yourself into the people you love, always showing up, giving, supporting, and investing in others. You’re an amazing mother, an incredible friend, and simply a genuinely good woman.

You deserve to be poured into just as much as you pour into everyone else. You deserve to be showered with love, happiness, abundance, breakthroughs, peace, and every beautiful thing this life has to offer. ❤️

I love you so much, sis. Here’s to 40, to the woman you’ve become, and to an incredible new chapter ahead. 🥂✨ Welcome to the fourth floor! We look GOOD up here! 😂❤️

Consistency + training = strength over time. 💪🏾🔥

I started with 10 lbs, worked my way to 15, and the first time I tried 20 lbs, it felt like HELL. 😂 Then 20 became comfortable, 25 became comfortable, 30 became my new normal, and now I’m breaking into 35 lbs! 🥹💪🏾

Keep training. Keep challenging yourself. What feels impossible today can become your warm-up tomorrow. 🔥

✨ Happy New Month, everyone! Welcome, September. 🍂

May this new month be kind to you. May it bring you clarity, wisdom, discernment, and a deeper understanding of yourself, the people around you, and the situations you find yourself in.

And with that clarity, may you also find the courage to make the decisions that are best for YOU.

If a situation, relationship, or friendship is no longer serving its purpose, if you constantly feel undervalued despite everything you bring to the table, if you’re always the one giving, trying, fixing, understanding, compromising, and holding things together, give yourself permission to reconsider your options.

Don’t wait until you’ve completely lost yourself trying to hold onto something that has already stopped holding onto you.

Learn to choose YOU.
Choose your peace.
Choose your joy.
Choose your growth.
Choose your well-being.
Choose to stay alive, mentally and emotionally. ❤️

Not every relationship is meant to last forever, and not every friendship is meant to follow you into every season of your life. Sometimes growth means recognizing when something has run its course and having enough love and respect for yourself to move differently.

This month, pour some of that energy you’ve been pouring into everyone and everything else back into yourself. Work on YOU. Invest in YOU. Protect your peace. Continue becoming a better, wiser, stronger version of yourself.

May September bring clear vision, clear understanding, better decisions, genuine connections, personal growth, and the courage to choose what brings peace into your life.

Happy New Month. Here’s to choosing ourselves a little more. 🤠🤎

🚨 SHOULD THE VICTIM BE BLAMED FOR DOMESTIC VIOLENCE?

ABSOLUTELY NOT.

I’m starting to see comments under my previous video suggesting that women are also to blame for the violence being committed against them. And I need to make something very clear:

Under NO circumstances should a victim be blamed for another person’s decision to abuse, assault, r**e, or kill them.

Cheating does not justify violence.
Disrespect does not justify violence.
Talking back does not justify violence.
Arguments do not justify violence.
Wanting to leave a relationship does not justify violence. Rejecting someone does not justify violence.

Whatever the disagreement may be, you have a choice not to put your hands on another human being.

If a relationship is no longer working, WALK AWAY. Separate. Divorce. Seek mediation. Seek legal intervention where necessary. But beating, torturing, sexually assaulting, or killing another person is NEVER an acceptable response.

And this conversation goes beyond intimate partners. What about the little girls being sexually assaulted, abused, r**ed and killed? What did those children do to deserve that? NOTHING.

Women and girls should not have to live in fear of the very people they trusted to love and protect them.

And to my women, please hear me: DO NOT ignore the red flags. If someone threatens you, hits you, stalks you, controls you, terrorizes you or makes you genuinely afraid for your life, take it seriously. Tell someone you trust. Keep evidence where it is safe to do so. Seek professional or legal help. Make a safety plan. And if you need to return to your family or someone you trust, GO HOME. There is NO shame in choosing your life. ❤️

Leaving an abusive relationship can itself be a dangerous time, so when possible, plan your exit safely rather than confronting an abuser alone.

For my sisters in Cameroon, please also reach out to organizations and institutions working with women and survivors of gender-based violence, including the Ministry of Women’s Empowerment and the Family (MINPROFF) and reputable local women’s-rights and survivor-support organizations in your area. If one door does not respond, keep documenting, keep seeking help, and involve trusted people who can advocate alongside you.

We need stronger systems. We need accountability. We need protection for survivors. We need consequences for perpetrators. And we need to stop treating domestic violence like a private “family matter.”

The responsibility for abuse belongs to the person who chooses to abuse. Period.

Our women deserve to LIVE.
Our girls deserve to grow up.
Our children deserve protection.

🇨🇲 CAMEROON, ENOUGH IS ENOUGH.

STOP FEMICIDE. STOP DOMESTIC VIOLENCE. PROTECT WOMEN AND GIRLS. ✋🏾💔🇨🇲

08/30/2026

🇨🇲 Cameroon, we NEED to talk.

The rising violence against women and girls cannot become something we simply scroll past and accept as normal.

As a Cameroonian woman with a platform, I cannot stay silent. Our women deserve safety. Our girls deserve protection. And if you are living in an abusive relationship, please do not ignore the warning signs. Your life is worth more than any relationship.

Enough is enough. 🕊️
