Prime cross cut ribs (Tablitas) cooked them low and slow like a brisket. Tender and juicy. Chefs Temp system and the Kamado Joe are a perfect combination.

🔥 Nothing beats the flavor of a brisket cooked over an open fire! Low and slow with live fire is where the magic happens. I kept it simple by using Duke's Mayonnaise as the binder to help that beautiful bark develop, then coated it with Killer Hogs Brisket Rub for a bold, peppery Texas-style finish.
Hours of tending the fire, feeding the flames, and letting the smoke do its job all lead to one incredible payoff—a juicy, tender brisket with a bark that speaks for itself. This is what live-fire cooking is all about.

Built for the backyard, competition, and everything in between. 🔥
Whether I'm prepping briskets, seasoning steaks, or serving up fresh-off-the-grill BBQ, this outdoor cooking setup is perfect.
From prep work to cook time to cleanup, it's tough, versatile, and ready for just about any job. If you're serious about outdoor cooking, a reliable utility cart is a game changer.
