Brisket so tender it fell apart!!

This brisket came off the smoker with a bark so dark and crispy it crackled under the knife… and slices so juicy they practically melted apart in your hands.
Slow-smoked right at home and every bite was packed with rich smoky flavor, perfect tenderness, and that pull-apart goodness.
Homemade BBQ just hits different. 🤤🔥

Cinco de Mayo vibes turned all the way up 🔥🇲🇽

Breaking in the new griddle on the Weber and throwing down a loaded combination fried rice—crispy, smoky, and packed with flavor. Seasoned up right with 2 Gringos Chupacabra and cooked over Smokey Woods charcoal for that extra punch.

Nothing fancy… just good fire, bold seasoning, and a plate that won’t last long 😎🍳🔥

Fired up the Weber kettle tonight 🔥🥩 keeping it simple.
Steaks seasoned with Paradise Pepper Co. Money Rub, heated by Smokey Woods charcoal, and wood chips,cooked to perfection. Sometimes you don’t need much—just good meat, solid seasoning, and a hot grill.
Simple dinner. Big flavor. 👌

🔥 These Pinwheel Bacon Sliders are bringing serious flavor to the grill! 🔥

Seasoned with 2 Gringos Chupacabra, wrapped in crispy bacon, and kissed with Big Wicks Poteet Strawberry glaze for that perfect sweet heat balance 🍓

🔥 Topped with rich Central Market gouda cheese, stacked on soft brioche buns, and finished with a creamy avocado mayo spread plus a smoky kick from Pilsudski Mustard Smokey Pepper.

All smoked and grilled to perfection on the Kamado Joe. 🍔🔥
