Unniyappam
Rice Flour. 1 cup
All purpose flour 1 cup
Semolina. 1.5 tbsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Jaggery. 500g + 1/4 cup water }jaggery syrup
Sugar 2 tbsp + cardamom 5 nos } powder
Add 2 fully riped bananas to sugar mix and puree
Ghee 2tbsp , fry coconut slices and black caraway seeds
Add hot jaggery , banana puree , fried items to flour and mix well . Add water to loosen the dough to a idli batter consistency.
Add 1.5tsp of baking powder and keep aside 15 min
Fry in ‘Unniyappam chatti ‘
