He was squinting at the buttons like they owed him money,
asked me if it “takes cash or just magic,”
and panicked when he didn't know where to retrieve the soda. Even held his hand out for the change, how cute 😍

But he got it. For me.

Hubs is here.... so excited for what GOD has in store for us.

100g of fruit equal a little over 1/2 a cup...

And I love grapes, the highest one the list, wow!!!

As I was typing this, GOD gave me a WORD. It's not so bad to be lower on the list, it doesn't minimize your value or worth... look at that avocado, lime, lemon,and strawberry...man, I needed that reminder.

Normally, I'd share this to my weight loss group but it was too good not to share to my personal page.

First time doing an hour on the treadmill. Feels good although I wanted to stop about 5 times, I pushed on through.
