Governor Youngkin’s proposed anti-transgender policy would:

1️⃣ Require teachers and school staff to “out” trans and non-binary students to their parents, violating the students’ trust and potentially subjecting youth to abuse.
2️⃣ Target trans students for exclusion and discrimination by restricting their ability to use the restroom or participate in school sports..
3️⃣ Prohibit teachers and staff from using students’ affirming names or pronouns.

We need to SPEAK OUT against these proposed rules and protect dignity for trans young people. Join us in submitting your comment opposing these policies and telling Virginia that .
