My name is Nicole Reed, and I’m the Broker/Owner of Nicole Reed Real Estate & Associates and the founder of Reed Luxe, my luxury real estate division. I also lead multiple investment and finance ventures under my umbrella company, Legendary Holding Group LLC. 
Q: How did you get started in your business? 
After my career with over 16 years in banking and finance, which gave me a strong foundation in numbers and negotiation I decided to step out of the corporate arena and utilize my expertise in real estate, where I found my true passion in helping clients build wealth through homeownership and investments and leading a top producing real estate team. 
Q: What products/services do you offer? 
My businesses provide full-service residential real estate, luxury home sales, new construction consulting, and investment strategies. I also offer mentorship/coaching, speaking, and media services to inspire and educate others in wealth-building through real estate. 
Q: What’s one thing you’ve learned while being an entrepreneur/business owner? 
I’ve learned that success requires both resilience and vision—staying grounded in your “why” while being flexible enough to pivot when challenges arise. Building strong relationships has been just as important as closing deals.

My name is Catina Downey and I am the owner of Catina Downey CPA PLLC. 
  
Q: How did you get started in your business? 

I started my business in 2005, but I have been in accounting since 1991. I have wanted to own my own business since I left the military in 1999. I started by slowly adding clients one at a time until I grew my practice.  I have enjoyed consistent growth through educating others and helping to remove the stress business owners feel when it comes to accounting and tax-related issues.
