Good Afternoon SIC FAMILY 🙏 As we mature and evolve, we have transitioned from 1000 customers to approximately 500 and introduced numerous add-ons and options. It has become increasingly challenging to manage over 50-60 messages simultaneously when 99% pertain to simple user adjustments posted daily. This situation is impacting our ability to address customers requiring subscriptions or resolving genuine issues. I am currently working on establishing a Google office setup. Please 🙏 join our Facebook group and inquire with the community if no assistance is available right away. We have a bunch of great people there can answer simple stuff If we are not live or any issues, we will post updates here and there.
