These rich, chocolate muffins are so indulgent, yet secretly packed with nutritious veggies like carrots and spinach.

Ingredients:

1 1/4 cups almond flour

1/2 cup cocoa powder

1 tsp baking soda

1/4 tsp salt

2 eggs

1/2 cup maple syrup

1/2 cup grated carrots

1/4 cup spinach puree

1/4 cup milk

1/4 cup dark chocolate chips

Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 350°F.

In a large bowl, whisk dry ingredients, then add wet ingredients.

Stir in veggies and chocolate chips.

Ingredients:

6 slices bread

4 eggs

1/2 cup milk

1 tsp vanilla extract

4-6 pieces Kinder chocolate

Butter for frying

Powdered sugar (for dusting)

Instructions:

Cut the bread into squares and stuff each with chocolate.

Mix eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla, and cinnamon together.

Fry the stuffed bites in butter until golden.

Dust with powdered sugar before serving.

Steps:
