Peanut Butter Swirl Brownies
Ingredients:

Classic brownie batter (your favorite)

1/4 cup peanut butter

Instructions:

Make your brownie base.

Dollop peanut butter on top and swirl.

Bake 25 minutes at 350°F.

Real Mozzarella, No Rennet Required!
This stretchy mozzarella is made using milk and vinegar—nothing else!

What You’ll Need:

1 L full-fat milk

2 tbsp white vinegar

How To:

Heat milk to 195°F.

Add vinegar, stir once, let curds form.

Wait 5–10 mins.

Drain through cheesecloth.

Microwave and stretch until glossy.

Cool and slice.

Lemon juice + zest

Roast till crispy, toss with lemon juice before serving.

Greek Yogurt Soufflé Cake 🥄
This cake has the fluff of a soufflé and the taste of cheesecake—all with just 3 simple ingredients!

Ingredients:

500g Greek yogurt

4 eggs

60g cornstarch

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 175°C.

Whip eggs, mix in yogurt & starch.

Bake 35 minutes. Cool and chill before slicing.

Salty-Sweet Milk Rolls
A soft bread roll sweetened with honey, enriched with milk, and topped with sea salt flakes.
Ingredients:

3 1/2 cups flour

2 1/4 tsp yeast

1 tsp salt

1 cup warm milk

1/4 cup honey

1/4 cup butter

1 egg

Honey & flaky salt for finishing

Instructions:

Stir ingredients to make dough.

Knead 10 mins, rise 1 hour.

Form into rolls, rise 30 mins.

Bake at 375°F for 20 mins.

Glaze with honey, sprinkle salt.

Classic Pico de Gallo Recipe 🍅🧄
A perfect combo of fresh tomatoes, onion, cilantro, and a punch of heat from jalapeños! Perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients:

4 tomatoes, diced

1/2 white onion, chopped

2 garlic cloves, minced

1 jalapeño, chopped

Fresh cilantro, chopped

Juice of 2 limes

1 Tbsp olive oil

1/2 chicken bouillon packet

Salt and black pepper

Instructions:

Toss everything together in a bowl.

Season with salt to taste and mix.

Serve immediately or chill for later!

Orange Cinnamon Swirls
Ingredients:

2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

1/2 cup warm milk

1/4 cup sugar

1 packet yeast

1/4 cup melted butter

Orange zest from 2 oranges

1 tsp cinnamon

Frosting:

4 oz cream cheese

3/4 cup powdered sugar

2 tbsp orange juice

Steps:

Mix warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Let activate.

Add flour, zest, and cinnamon. Knead and rise.

Roll dough and sprinkle with cinnamon-sugar.

Bake at 375°F for 20 minutes.

Frost with orange cream cheese frosting.

The Ultimate Triple Coconut Cream Pie 🥥🍰
Ingredients:

1 pie crust (store-bought or homemade)

1 1/2 cups coconut milk

1/2 cup coconut cream

1/4 cup coconut sugar

3 tablespoons cornstarch

3 large egg yolks

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 cup sweetened shredded coconut

Toasted coconut flakes and whipped cream for garnish

Instructions:

Whisk coconut milk, coconut cream, sugar, and cornstarch in a saucepan.

Heat and stir until thickened.

Temper the egg yolks, add them to the mixture, and cook until smooth.

Stir in vanilla and shredded coconut.

Pour the filling into the pie crust and refrigerate for a few hours to set.

Top with whipped cream and toasted coconut before serving.

Matzah Date Crunch Bark 🍫🍯
Ingredients:
• 9 Medjool dates
• 1 matzah square
• 1/3 cup peanut butter
• 1/3 cup semi-sweet chocolate
• Flaky salt
• Optional toppings: raisins, cranberries, nuts

Steps:

Slice dates and remove pits, then lay them out on parchment paper.

Flatten slightly with a rolling pin.

Place matzah on top of dates, press gently.

Spread melted peanut butter on the dates.

Drizzle chocolate over the peanut butter.

Sprinkle with salt and toppings.

Freeze, slice, and serve!
