I often hear business owners ask if it’s okay to hire their friend, brother, or cousin to manager their social media.

And I think it is totally fine as long as you don’t have any social media related goals. 😬

A great social media manager will do a million little behind the scenes things that your inexperienced social media manger might not know how to do…

Here are some examples:

-know how to create a story that gets better reach.

-understanding how to gain page likes / followers from quality leads.

-knowledge of the importance of UGC.

-how often to post based on your niche.

And this is just the beginning. 😅

So if your debating about who should be managing your socials first consider whether results matter to you and then hire accordingly. 😊
