Introducing NEXIA Methodā¢
Over the last few years, Iāve been studying and teaching yoga, Pilates, rebounding, strength training, breathwork, and nervous system support.
Along the way, I realized something.
Many womenāespecially as they move through perimenopause, menopause, and beyondādonāt need more extreme workouts.
They donāt need to punish their bodies.
And they donāt need to choose between getting stronger and taking care of themselves.
They need a way to move that supports their body instead of fighting against it.
So I started combining everything Iāve learned into one simple system.
A blend of movement, strength, mobility, recovery, breathwork, and nervous system support designed specifically for women who want to:
