Introducing NEXIA Methodā„¢

Over the last few years, I’ve been studying and teaching yoga, Pilates, rebounding, strength training, breathwork, and nervous system support.

Along the way, I realized something.

Many women—especially as they move through perimenopause, menopause, and beyond—don’t need more extreme workouts.

They don’t need to punish their bodies.

And they don’t need to choose between getting stronger and taking care of themselves.

They need a way to move that supports their body instead of fighting against it.

So I started combining everything I’ve learned into one simple system.

A blend of movement, strength, mobility, recovery, breathwork, and nervous system support designed specifically for women who want to:

šŸ’› Stress less

šŸ’› Move better

šŸ’› Feel strong again

That system became NEXIA Methodā„¢.

Over the coming weeks I’ll be sharing more about it, along with tools, tips, and programs designed to help women feel better in their bodies.

I’m going to be direct.

Most women don’t need another workout.

They need a reset.

They need one hour where they don’t have to answer emails.

One hour where nobody needs anything from them.

One hour to stretch.

Breathe.

Slow down.

And finally let their nervous system exhale.

That’s exactly why I created Thursday Restore & Reset.

This class is for women who:

āœ” carry stress in their neck and shoulders

I'm looking for 10 women who are ready to see a real change in how they feel and move over the next 6 weeks.

Not through extreme workouts.
Not through crash diets.
Not through trying to be perfect.
Through consistency.
This new Monday evening class is for women who are ready to commit to themselves for one hour a week.
We'll focus on:
mobility
flexibility
core strength
balance
posture
circulation
building a stronger, more capable body

This class is beginner-friendly, but it will challenge you to grow.
Because change happens when we show up consistently.
If you've been saying:
