Thanks to an invitation from Teton Guitars, I recently had the chance to hang out with a few of the musicians they work with, including the country band Due West.

These amazing musicians pulled guitars off the wall and delivered live performances in the store that were incredible. No mics, no amps, no auto, no effects, no big stage - just a handful of really talented guys doing what they love.

It was inspiring.

While I was there to photograph them, most of you know that my first love is music. Hearing acoustic music delivered with passion and a performance that had pitch-perfect vocals and rich harmonies....wow. In a world of AI and autotune and over-the-top effects, there still is a lot of REAL music out there that needs to be heard and enjoyed. Not only were they amazing, but they were also just the nicest, most down-to-earth people.

Just got back from Chesbro Music where I was able to meet the amazing band Due West and the great team from Teton Guitars. I was photographing the event and even caught a little video as Due West and an upcoming artist treated us to some incredible live music, mingled with customers, staff, and fans, and showed off the great sounds of their Teton Guitars.
