A community reminder from Bryan County, Georgia

Safe Homes, Strong Communities.

Regular Maintenance A well-maintained home protects everyone who lives in it. Simple, routine efforts make a big difference: test smoke and carbon monoxide alarms and replace batteries annually, check electrical panels for heat or buzzing, inspect plumbing for leaks, clean dryer vents and replace HVAC filters, and clear gutters and yard debris.

Safe homes and strong communities are built to last. Bryan County Community Development encourages you to stay vigilant.

A helpful reminder from Lowcountry Foundation and Crawl Space Repair

โš ๏ธ The drought is doing more damage than you think! The South has been baking through one of its worst droughts in over 130 years. And while your lawn shows it, your concrete feels it.

Dry soil shrinks. It pulls away. It leaves voids underground. And your slabs? They follow it down.

That crack. That trip hazard. That uneven slab you keep meaning to fix. Shifting soil did that.
The good news you don't have to replace it. PolyLevelยฎ Injection lifts sunken concrete in minutes, at a fraction of replacement cost. Same-day results. No mess. No excavation.

๐Ÿ“ž Get a FREE evaluation before summer makes it worse. ๐Ÿ‘‡ Comment "RAISE IT" or click the link below.

Don't Replace It. Raise It.
