Due to the rapid rise of artificial intelligence in communications and creative industries, our company is implementing an AI Usage and Communication Policy. This policy will be included in all contracts moving forward.
We believe in transparency. AI tools may be used in limited, supportive ways within our workflow, such as brainstorming ideas, refining written communication, or improving efficiency in general tasks. For example, using tools to reduce image noise in editing software aligns with standard industry practices.
However, we do not rely on AI to independently create final deliverables, including graphics, videos, written content, or imagery. All creative work is guided, refined, and approved through human expertise and artistic direction.
We recognize that business owners are often limited on time, and we respect that. At the same time, we believe it is critical to approach AI responsibly. AI cannot replace human emotion, authentic communication, or the creative perspective that comes from lived experience.
Our work is rooted in human creativity. The imperfections, individuality, and emotion behind our process are what make the final product meaningful and impactful. We are committed to preserving that human element in everything we create.
AI Usage and Communication Policy:
All final strategy, creative direction, photography, videography, editing, and delivered work remain the result of the Agency’s professional human expertise and judgment. The Client and Agency may use AI tools for their own internal purposes. However, the Client agrees not to communicate strategy, campaign direction, feedback, revisions, or instructions to the Agency solely through AI-generated text, screenshots, chat logs, or outputs (e.g., from ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar). Any strategic input or direction must be personally reviewed, clarified, and communicated directly by the Client (or their authorized representative) in human-authored form via email, project management tool, call, or meeting. The Agency reserves the right to request a revised, direct communication if AI-generated content forms the primary basis of a request. This policy ensures efficient collaboration while allowing both parties to benefit from AI where appropriate.
