This Labor Day looks a little different for our family. šŸ’—

Weā€™re missing everyone back in Missouri, but weā€™re also thankful for the people God has placed around us who have become family. Today, weā€™ll be making new memories with them while holding our Missouri family close in our hearts.

Some of the hardest work we do never comes with a paycheckā€”raising children, caring for family, breaking old patterns, and showing up while weā€™re still healing.

Iā€™m learning that we donā€™t have to finish everything before weā€™re allowed to rest. And we can miss the people we love while still finding joy in the blessings right in front of us.

šŸ™ Lord, thank You for our loved ones near and far. Refresh our hearts, help us set down what can wait, and be present with the people around us. Amen.

Have a blessed Labor Day, Fam. Rest, love on your people, and enjoy the blessings God has given you.
