Your donations will help provide it's residents with basic personal and household necessities such as towels, bedding, toiletries, cleaning supplies, laundry supplies, food etc. Transitional housing is the "Starting Point" for many as they embark upon a new way of living. Tip for today….

Before you pass away , remove your children as the beneficiaries for everything that you own. I know that sounds crazy , but you DONT want that.
If you want to pass down your assets to them after you pass away , then put all of the assets you own in a revocable trust , and then make your kids the beneficiaries of that trust.
When you go this route , your children can bypass what is called “the PROBATE period”. That process can be very long & ugly !
When you put your assets in a trust , your children have immediate access to the assets when you pass away. ALSO, you want to make sure to have a life insurance policy that covers your mortgage , so that when you pass away , your policy will pay off the mortgage and now your children will own the property out right !

CREDIT TIP💎: DO NOT ❌ pay 💰 your collections on your credit report! Instead, send them a CERTIFIED LETTER asking them to validate the debt! If they don’t respond with the VALIDATION paperwork within 30 days, the debt MUST BE PERMANENTLY REMOVED off your credit report❗️This will boost/increase your credit score tremendously without you paying off the debt ‼️🙃

Credit Repair is a TWO-step process - Repair & Rebuild!

As negative items are being removed, you need to add positive accounts. A solid credit profile has a mix of credit types.

The two major types are revolving credit and installment credit. Make sure your credit report has both.

If you want better credit scores (FICO- those update once a month) PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU ARE ADDING POSITIVE DATA!!
Those deletions you are impatiently waiting for will never be enough. They will happen in a matter of time... some quickly while others can take a damn near a whole year.

You've been living with low credit for years & it’s going to take a fraction of that to repair your poor credit scores.

POSITIVE DATA =
ON TIME payments
Pay your utilization under 10% (not off)BY THE STATEMENT DATE
If you don’t have anything currently reporting (credit cards, loans, rent etc) your score will continue to be unfavorable.
Stop getting all these unnecessary inquires it makes you look frantic to lenders

Yes deletions help the overall profile & can increase scores but please make sure this is also being done so your interest rates are lower while limits are higher
