Wyoming PBS is proud to announce the statewide launch of FNX | First Nations Experience, now available free over-the-air on channels 4.4, 6.4, and 8.4!

FNX brings 24/7 programming created by and about Native American and Indigenous communities, including documentaries, cultural series, and children’s shows.

Most televisions will automatically detect the new channel, but some viewers may need to re-scan their TV or converter box, depending on their device. FNX is also available to stream anytime at wyomingpbs.org.

Co-produced by Jordan Dresser (producer of WHO SHE IS, HOME FROM SCHOOL: THE CHILDREN OF CARLSLE, and WHAT WAS OURS) and Lynette St Clair (Cultural Preservationist and language consultant on OUTER RANGE and AMERICAN PRIMEVAL), this film also features music by singer-songwriter Christian Wallowing Bull of the Wind River Indian Reservation.

Wyoming PBS invites you to an ENCORE SCREENING of our original documentary, AFAR & BELOW: THE STORY OF THE WYOMING TRONA MINERS, on Monday, Dec. 15, at the Western Wyoming Community College Theater in Rock Springs.

Join us starting at 5:30 p.m. for hors d’oeuvres and a meet-and-greet with the filmmakers, Mark Pedri and Carrie McCarthy of Burning Torch Productions. There will be a cash bar, but all miners will receive one free drink courtesy of Searle Bros. Construction Co.

The screening will begin at 6:30 p.m., followed by a Q&A with the filmmakers.

This is a free screening open to the public, sponsored in part by Searle Bros. Construction Co. and Memorial Hospital of Sweetwater County.
