Eric is a lifelong friend of mine, a family man and a wonderful father. His daughter (13) recently lost her mother unexpectedly and the mother’s live in boyfriend is attempting to gain custody of Eric’s daughter. He is using an extremely controversial method called “de facto guardian” and the court has already granted him 50/50 visitation even though Eric has been proven to be fit and able as a parent and objects to this ruling.
Eric and I are asking for your help in the form of prayers, by sharing this post and donations to help cover legal fees. Eric is a proud man who works hard to provide for his family, but his resources are far surpassed by the nearly unlimited funds of the boyfriend who is attempting who steal his daughter.
