It’s important that we don’t lose sight of we are as a people. Know the history of your music, food, language, dance, religion style of dress. And embrace. Even if you are American we all of those things mentioned. The roots of each thing maybe different, hard to swallow, and full of diversity but it’s ours let’s own it.

Friends, when the going gets tough the tough get to: say "I tired", call out of work and take a mental health day, take the week off, sit with your thoughts for a minute, do what is necessary to heal. THEN, the tough can get going.
