RTC Communications has scheduled maintenance tomorrow morning 9/11/2025 from 12:01 a.m. to 6:00 a.m..

Affected Services: Incoming Scanner Calls

Result: All incoming scanner transmissions during the affected hours will not be available for transcription or listening. Upon service restoration, Incoming calls will continue to be monitored.

CAUSE: SCHEDULED MAINTENANCE. Silver Hosting Network, our server provider, is currently migrating their services over to BreezeHost, which will provide us with a faster service, an AMD EPYC-based system, compared to our Intel service before.

⚠️ STATUS: IN PROGRESS

🛠 Services Affected: [Incoming Calls Only] RDIO Scanner, Scanner Map

CAUSE: An issue has occured with our wireless antenna, and will not be resolved until approximately 9:00am EST on 9/5/2025.

The RDIO Scanner and Scanner Map services are still live, however current calls past 9/1/2025 are not being fed to the services, you can still use the services as intended, but will be limited to transmissions dated 9/1/2025 and older.
