Day 2 recap and my perspective is shifting in the best way.

Sitting in these trainings, hearing from leaders, soaking in the mindset…

and then watching my newest Area Manager (top 6%) walk the stage 🥹

That moment?

It did something to me.

Because it made me realize…
I’ve been playing small in ways I didn’t even fully see before.

And that stops now.

HAPPY GTC WEEK 🪩💕💅🏼🥰💕

This will be my 4th Global Training Conference… and somehow this one feels the most surreal.

Because this year — I get to step on the main stage.

And if I’m being honest… I feel excited, honored… and a little nervous.

But mostly?
Grateful.

Grateful that a “random” opportunity I said yes to years ago turned into this.

Grateful for a company that has allowed me to build a life with:

I’m feeling incredibly grateful for Arbonne — and for saying yes to curiosity when my life felt capped.

I built this business while I was a burnt-out nurse with no end in sight, working long hours, caring deeply, and still being told to wait my turn. Begging for a $.25 raise was the moment I knew… this couldn’t be it.

I never rolled my eyes at network marketing — I got curious. Because an uncapped income felt a lot more aligned than being told my value had a ceiling.

What started as a way to create breathing room turned into something so much bigger.

It gave me leadership.
It gave me the chance to help other women build something of their own.
