❤ How did the two of you meet?
�Our journey began in the Old Town Steamboat Hotsprings. We were there with different groups of friends, when Aaron struck up a conversation with me and they quickly realized they were both from New York, loved to ski, and were both athletic & quite competitive. The next night was spent dancing at the top of gondola and ended with a snow ball fight (which I like to think I won). After that weekend, we have been together ever since!

What is your story?

We have spent a lot of time apart in our relationship. Because of this, when we do get to be together, we really enjoy doing typical day to day things...grocery shopping, making dinner, goofing around, watching our favorite tv shows (the office, great British baking show, criminal minds, and planet earth), going to our families houses for dinner, and harassing our cat, Charlie. We know that our relationship has been so successful is because we completely trust each other and have never doubted the commitment of the other to our relationship. This is something we felt initially when Pat would travel for work, and I was stuck in Troy working on my degree and even now as I'm still stuck in Troy and Pat is working on his degree in New Hampshire. We have encouraged each other to make choices that allow us to be the best version of ourselves and reach for our goals even though it kept us apart. We both fully believe in delayed gratification and are excited that our marriage marks the beginning of our life together (in the same location too).

How did the two of you meet?

"We met at a dinner party during our senior year of college. Despite having many mutual friends, our paths had never crossed until then! We both arrived early to set up, arrange name cards, and make sure everything was in order. When the time came to take our seats, we weren't meant to be at the same table... but a friend grabbed Aaron and plopped him down across from Samm.
Samm texted another friend under the table saying, "Aaron's cute!"
We went out on our first date two nights later... and the rest is history.

What were the main influences behind the style of your wedding, its location and your venue choice for your big day?

"Location was a no brainier for us. We always knew Skaneateles held so much importance to us. We branded our wedding style as "Classic Modern." We wanted guests to feel loved and appreciated from the moment they arrived and for there to be a timeless feel to the entire day."
